Returns
If you wish to return your product, please note the following terms and conditions apply to apply Saint Claire products. Please ensure you choose products carefully.
We may accept returns for:
- Faulty products,
- Adverse skin reactions
- Mistakenly sent you the wrong product(s)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Gift cards
- In-store products purchased from our stockists.
All returns will be evaluated by our team, who will inform you of the outcome. Depending on the assessment, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. Returns will generally only be approved if the following requirements are satisfied:
- You have purchased this product online via the saintclaire.com website.
- You notify us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product(s).
- The product(s) and packaging are returned in original undamaged, unmarked condition.
Returns Purchased via Stockists
If you purchased a product at one of our stockists, please return it to the location where it was purchased. We are unable to accept returns or refund requests on products not purchased via our website.
Return Postage
The customer will be responsible for postage fees for return of the products. We recommend using registered post with a tracking number as proof of initiating your return in case your item is lost in transit. We are not liable for items that are lost in transit without parcel tracking.
Please ensure the product(s) is adequately protected so that it is not damaged in transit.
- Check that you meet the above return conditions.
- Find your order/receipt number (found on your order confirmation or shipment email)
- Please contact our team at returns@saintclaire.com
- Our customer care team will provide you with the return address, and a return authorisation number.
- Please place the return authorisation number on your parcel when you return it.
- You have 10 days to return the package once the authorisation number has been issued before the return authorisation expires.
- Drop off your return at any Australia or New Zealand post office.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you happen to receive a faulty product, we kindly ask you to include the below details in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- The full name of the faulty product
- Photo of fault
- Once product is assessed by our team and deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Reaction to a Product
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us.
For returns in case of skin reaction please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products and provide the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The full name of the product that caused your skin to react
- Symptoms you experienced
- We may ask for a photo of the product and or/affected area in order to provide you with the best solution.
- An alternative product will be suggested based on your skin concerns by one of our therapists.
Refunds
If you wish to request a refund of your order you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your products. Our fourteen (14) day refund policy commences from the day that the products are delivered to you. You must notify us of your intention to return the products before the 14-day period lapses.
All refunds are subject to approval of Saint Claire in accordance with our returns policy. When your product(s) has been satisfactorily returned to us, please allow 5 – 7 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund will normally be credited to the same payment method as the original order.
