Stock Availability

Despite our best efforts, the website may occasionally contain errors, omissions or inaccurate details. Sales, Promotions and Offers

We may modify or cancel promotional offers at our discretion. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, applied to previous orders or used for gift cards, sale items, services, newly released products or charitable items. Codes must be applied at checkout, and cannot be retroactively added once an order is completed. Promotion codes are limited to one use per customer.

We may amend or withdraw promotional codes at any time. All promotional periods operate on AEST and may end early if stock runs out.

Prohibited Reviews

  • contain offensive, abusive, violent, profane, racist or sexually explicit language;
    include statements you know are false, misleading or inaccurate;
  • infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, patents or trade secrets;
  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • make unsupported health or therapeutic claims, or include medical information or advice;
  • relate to an active or potential legal dispute;
  • are obscene, hostile, defamatory, libellous, hateful or discriminatory;
  • contain personal information such as names, addresses, emails, phone numbers or other identifying details;
  • reference other companies, websites, businesses or individuals;
  • are unrelated to the specific product (including delivery or stock issues);
  • are written in a language other than English;
  • review a product you have not used;
  • contain excessive random characters or meaningless text;
  • duplicate the same Review multiple times; or include viruses, malware, or any harmful software.

Review Licence

By submitting a Review, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, transferable and sub‑licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, delete, publish, translate, create derivative works from, commercialise or distribute the Review and any associated intellectual property. This includes the right for us to incorporate the Review into any format, platform or technology without payment to you or others.

Indemnity and Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, costs, legal fees, liabilities or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, any inaccurate representations you have made, your violation of applicable laws, or any third‑party rights. Disclaimers

You acknowledge that Reviews may be moderated, but we are not obligated to monitor, oversee or continue moderating them. 

We reserve the right to pre‑screen, edit, reject, shorten or remove any Review on our websites that breaches relevant laws, codes, these Terms, or which we consider inappropriate.

We do not guarantee that you will be able to edit or remove a submitted Review.
We cannot promise how quickly a Review will be published. By providing your email address with your Review, you consent to us and our service providers contacting you regarding your Review status, administrative matters or marketing communications.

Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards purchased through our website are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or promotional items. They may be used for partial or full payment for any products sold via our website, and remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance stays on the card. Lost, damaged or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update or add to these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website. Continuing to use the website signifies your acceptance of any updates.
If any clause within these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the remainder of the terms. Notices may be provided via email, post or by publishing updates on the website.
