Saint Claire team are dedicated to delivering quality products as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched from our Australian store within 1-2 business days. Express orders will generally be dispatched within 1 business day.
Please be aware that during peak periods, and public holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive.

Delivery times
We use Australia Post for domestic orders and New Zealand Post for New Zealand deliveries. For Standard delivery we make every effort to deliver within 4-7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to Public Holidays.

You will receive email alerts and/or text updates with tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched. To track your order please enter your tracking number at Australia Post.
If you are not home to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a ‘missed parcel’ card with instructions on the next steps for you to receive your parcel. Please note we do not ship products outside of Australia or New Zealand.
We will endeavor to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify to arrange a refund or replacement.
Lost damaged or stolen Items
Saint Claire is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. If your order is lost or missing, please email us and we will initiate an enquiry. Be sure to include your order number in your email.
